The implementation of the CRM system is laying the foundations for more efficient marketing, sales and project processes. The digitisation aimed to make information centrally available, standardise internal processes, and improve collaboration with customers, partners, suppliers and research and network partners further.\nThe new system enables all relevant contacts, communication histories and project data to be managed in a central company database.
